Lillian Tsinikas
Director
Lillian Tsinikas is a Director in Lazard's New York Technology group, where she focuses on the Healthcare IT sector. She advises software and tech-enabled service companies across a wide variety of transactions including public and private mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, corporate divestitures, restructurings, shareholder advisory & recapitalizations.
She has 10+ years of transaction experience, including 8 years in investment banking and 4 years in corporate buyside M&A. Prior to those roles, Lillian worked as a civil engineer constructing bridges in New York.
Lillian received an M.B.A. from NYU's Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Columbia University, where she served as president of Kappa Alpha Theta and competed in Division I volleyball as a defensive specialist.
