Medha Chadha
Managing Director
Medha Chadha is a Managing Director spanning the Healthcare Financial Advisory and Capital Markets groups based in New York. In this role, she advises healthcare corporates on various facets of their business including capital formation (public and private capital raises), shareholder engagement, equity positioning and all aspects of the capital markets.
Prior to joining Lazard, Ms. Chadha was the SVP of Corporate Affairs and Strategic Planning at AlloVir and ElevateBio. In this role, she spearheaded AlloVir's $317m IPO raise, the valuation analysis for ElevateBio's $525m Series C, and oversaw the strategic planning, IR, and corporate communications functions.
Ms. Chadha spent the first 16 years of her career raising over $50bn in equity capital for a range of corporate clients, most notably in the Healthcare and TMT sectors at Credit Suisse and Cantor Fitzgerald. She has proven global execution expertise across a range of transaction types, including IPOs, Follow-On Offerings, Block Trades, Private Placements, and PIPEs, and has significant connectivity with key buy-side decisionmakers.
Ms. Chadha received her MBA with Highest Distinction from Columbia Business School and holds a B.A. (with Honors) from New York University with a double-major in Mathematics and Economics and a minor in Chemistry.
