Eric Stewart
Managing Director
Eric Stewart is a Managing Director based in London and co-leads Lazard’s European Healthcare Group.
Eric joined Lazard in New York in 2014, and subsequently transitioned to London in 2017 to help build and grow the Firm’s European healthcare franchise.
Eric advises on a broad range of financial advisory assignments for pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, diagnostic and life science tool companies. Eric’s transaction experience covers a wide range of strategic assignments including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, alliances, joint ventures, capital raising and restructuring transactions.
Prior to joining Lazard, Eric worked at Houlihan Lokey in the firm’s Healthcare Group. Additionally, Eric began his career at Stryker Corporation in 2009.
Eric holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.
